AI Technology in Book Marketing & Writing
We live in strange and exciting times. Of that, there is no doubt.
When it comes to the use of AI technology in literature, I want to make my stance clear. While I unequivocally reject the use of AI for writing stories (and maybe even for editing), I think this is amazing technology for authors like me to reach readers (text to image, image to image, and image to motion technology).
People are visual creatures, and everyone does judge a book by its cover. Through the use of AI, I can show you what is inside of a book and make compelling images and videos, instead of trying to persuade each reader of all the great secrets and ideas locked within it.
This technology opens the door, and it evens the playing field. Before this AI, authors or publishers would need to pay thousands of dollars to have a video of their story filmed and produced. Now, authors can do this for themselves, and this will change everything. This even extends to creating book covers, and I was able to use these new tools to design each one of mine, and I love how they all came out.
With this new tech, I can create a video for a book, link it with a QR code I place on the back of a book, and you can be standing in a bookstore watching a video about a story to see if you’re interested in reading it.
All of this is to say, this new technology will allow local (indie) authors to compete in ways that were impossible before. This is a great thing. The large publishers and prominent literary agents no longer guard the only door to success, because there are many doors an author can now try walking through.
This does not mean that the author’s journey will be easy or that most will succeed, but every dream needs an avenue, and this technology opens new roads.

I love to hear from readers, artists, and fans to get your feedback. Reach out to me and let me know any feedback about these books. If you have read a great book recently, let me know! Great art inspires more great art, and I am always interested in learning new things through other great authors and artists.
If you are a fellow author, send me an email and ask me anything. I firmly believe that art is not a zero-sum game, and there is room for all of us. Let's work together to level-up and reach more readers.
Thank you!
